Individual Awareness Coaching Is A 3-Step Process

First – be present. We must understand why we do the things we do. We can no longer live on auto-pilot. We must be awake, aware, and present. 

Second – be aware. We must concede that we are human and that our life is at times, if not always, messy, uptight, indolent, and imperfect. We must choose to change and want more for our life. We know only through self-awareness can life purpose and fulfillment be found. 

Third – be intentional. In this stage, we must gather the courage to gently and lovingly grow and live a fuller, kinder, and on-purpose life. Intentionally changing old patterns and habits by embracing the messy in our lives allows us to make better choices-choices that align with your values.
